These smartphones pose a big threat from TikTok, experts proved by posting fake video of COVID-19
A version 15.7.4 and iOS version 15.5.6 are present in the operating system for which TikTok has been threatened by the developers .To prove the risk of cyber security in Chinese social media platform TikTok, a developer named Mysk posted fake videos from the WHO's account through a simple hack. Not only this, the developers also shared fake videos from the accounts of the American Red Cross and the British Red Cross. The developers claimed that TiktokRock uses Unsecure HTTP instead of HTTPS to deliver content to the user. To prove this, the developers easily connected the TicketTalk app to the Fake server.
The developers said that the hacking was done deliberately to prove TickTock's flaws and that they are using HTTP rather than HTTPS.
TicketLock's content delivery network transfers video and the rest of the media over HTTP. This fixes the performance of the data but puts the user's privacy at risk. Mysk told in his blog that hackers can easily switch any video to another account, even if it is a verified account.
Misk created some fake videos of the Covid-19 and shared it on Tiktok with the official account of WHO and Red Cross. This kind of hacking is serious but the developers have made it clear that to do this, Fake Server is used, that is, no one will be able to see it other than Fake Server. Android version 15.7.4 and iOS version 15.5.6 are present in the operating system for which TikTok is threatened by the developers.
